Terms and Conditions
Deposit equivalent to one (1) night’s rental is required to secure the booking. Payment of the rental deposit constitutes your acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. The balance of the payment is due 7 days prior to your arrival. If you cancel within 7 days of the booked arrival date your accommodation cost is not refundable unless the accommodation is re-let for the entire period. If you cancel within 8-14 days of your arrival, there will be a cancellation charge equivalent to a 1 night accommodation charge. Any cancellation that takes place 15 days prior to your intended arrival date will attract a $30.00 administration fee.

Smoking Policy
Smoking is not permitted inside the chalets and cottages.

Pet Lovers
Clean, mature, house-trained and well behaved dogs are welcome by prior arrangement. There is an additional charge of $5.00 per dog per day. Doggies, please bring your own bed. You may come inside but any furniture in the chalet is for people only.
